How much does it cost?
Prices vary depending on the castle you choose. Base prices are listed on our website next to each product. Additional charges may apply based on use and location.
When do you deliver?
We typically deliver the day before weekend bookings and collect on Monday. Flexible arrangements are available for midweek parties.
Where do you deliver bouncy castles?
We deliver to many parts of Kerry, Limerick, Cork, and Clare, including Tralee, Killarney, Listowel, Castleisland, Dingle, Killorglin, Kenmare, Cahersiveen, and more.
What sort of surface is required for the inflatable?
The surface should be flat, grassy, and free of sharp objects like rocks. We do not set up on hard surfaces such as stones or concrete.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a €50 non-refundable booking fee. This fee can be applied towards rescheduling within the year.
How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
Bookings are welcome anytime, but early booking is recommended as our schedule fills up quickly.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, cheque upon delivery, or bank transfer.
What if it rains?
Our inflatables come with built-in rain covers. You can reschedule in case of bad weather, but there are no refunds due to rain.
How much space is required?
Allow at least 4 feet in front and 2 feet around the inflatable. Clear the area of any obstacles like toys, swings, or patio furniture.
Is there anything I need to do before the inflatable arrives?
Clean the area and remove any sharp or messy items. Relocate furniture to prevent obstruction.
Is there a limit to the number of children that can use the inflatable?
Each inflatable has a specified capacity. Safety guidelines are provided, and our drivers offer safety briefings upon delivery.
Are your units clean?
Yes, we prioritize cleanliness. All inflatables are meticulously cleaned and maintained for a safe environment.
Can you deliver through a house with no side entrance?
We use large sack trucks for delivery. Contact us to discuss options if concerned about carpet or rain entering during setup.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured, and our castles undergo annual safety inspections and certification.
